The MXC358F is a workgroup essential compact A4 colour MFD, that offers a host of essential productivity features that suits the needs of any work environment. The 4.3” colour tiltable LCD touchscreen with Sharp Easy UI mode gives users an intuitive and effortless experience meaning even the most complex of processes are made simple.
With industry leading security features, you can be sure that your data both printed and electronic is safe and secure. Easy connectivity to the cloud means that you can securely and easily access your data and distribute with ease as well as peace of mind. Mobile printing is also fully supported by AirPrint, while the optional wireless LAN enables your device to be positioned anywhere within the office.

Easy-to-Use Interface
Operating this MFD is easy and intuitive with the 4.3-inch colour LCD touchscreen. In Easy UI mode, the touchscreen displays simple icons for frequently used functions. And with the Preview function*, you can check the finish of a print and scan job in advance. * Requires optional 27X0805 or 57X9528
Duplex Single Pass Feeder
The MXC358F comes equipped with a highly efficient 100-sheet DSPF (duplex single pass feeder), which scans both pages of two-sided documents in one pass. With an A4 scanning speed of up to 49 opm (one-sided) or 98 opm (two-sided), the MXC358F can finish even large projects quickly.
Convert Documents via OCR
The optional OCR capability on this MFD lets you convert a scanned document into a searchable PDF file or into an editable Microsoft® Office Word file. This means you can do speedy text searches, even with large-volume documents, and you can easily copy and paste text data into other applications.
Multiple Scan Destinations
Scanned documents can be distributed in a number of ways. For example, they can be sent as email attachments or they can be scanned directly to an FTP server for storage. An optional compact PDF function ensures that PDF files are sent and received smoothly.
Handy Stapler
An easy-to-install optional stapler lets you manually staple up to 20 sheets at the MFD without the need for a conventional stapler.
Printer Driver with Easy Setup
The printer driver setup window features a simple design that includes larger buttons and drop-down menus, making it easier than ever to use printer functions.
Cloud Service Connectivity
Directly from its control panel, the MFD can connect to popular cloud services such as OneDrive for Business, Google Drive™, Box, and Dropbox. You can easily scan/upload to or print directly from the cloud service.
Enhanced Security
A wide range of security features help to keep your information safe, whether it’s in a document, on the device, or over your network. The optional Trusted Platform Module (TPM) provides authentication, system integrity checks, and advanced encryption capabilities. As well as improving security for certificates and encryption keys, TPM adds an extra layer of protection by storing hard drive encryption keys separately from your data.

This Sharp product is warranted against faults in material and manufacture for 12 months.
In the event of any defect arising in the equipment during the warranty period, such repairs should only be carried out by the Dealer from which the unit was originally purchased or a Service Centre approved by Sharp to service this type of equipment These repairs would be carried out at no charge to the owner, subject to the conditions specified herein.
This warranty does not extend to defects or injuries caused by or resulting from causes not attributable to faulty parts or the manufacture of the product, including but not limited to, defect or injury caused by or resulting from misuse, abuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, accidental damage, improper voltage, liquid spillage, vermin infestation, software, or any alterations made to the product which are not authorised by Sharp.
Please retain your sales documentation, as this should be produced to validate a warranty claim. This warranty is in addition to and in no way limits, varies or excludes any implied rights and remedies under any relevant legislation in the country of sale.
Goods presented for repair may be replaced by refurbished goods of the same type rather than being repaired. Refurbished parts may be used to repair the goods. The repair of your goods may result in the loss of user generated data, please ensure that you have saved this data elsewhere prior to repair.

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
